KidsBookAutoPilot Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VISHNEXA ("VISHNEXA," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with KidsBookAutoPilot.

KidsBookAutoPilot is a private internal Pinterest automation application developed by Vishnu Pandit under VISHNEXA. It is used to create, manage, schedule, and publish Pinterest content promoting children's activity books published under Vishnu Pandit Books.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through KidsBookAutoPilot, including information received through the Pinterest API, application authentication, the authorized Pinterest account connection, and supporting third-party services.

KidsBookAutoPilot helps Vishnu Pandit prepare and publish promotional Pinterest content for Vishnu Pandit Books. Its functions may include creating pin titles, descriptions, images, destination links, publishing schedules, and other Pinterest publishing information.

KidsBookAutoPilot is intended only for private, authorized internal use. It is not offered as a public application, commercial software service, or public Pinterest automation platform.

KidsBookAutoPilot does not offer public account registration and is not intended to manage unrelated third-party Pinterest accounts.

KidsBookAutoPilot uses the Pinterest API to connect with the authorized Pinterest account used for Vishnu Pandit Books and to perform Pinterest-related functions initiated by the authorized account owner.

Depending on the permissions granted through Pinterest OAuth, KidsBookAutoPilot may use the Pinterest API to:

• Read authorized Pinterest account information.
• Read Pinterest boards available to the application.
• Create and publish Pins to boards selected by the authorized account owner.
• Add Pin titles, descriptions, images, destination links, and other publishing information.
• Retrieve information necessary to confirm whether publishing requests completed successfully.
• Support publishing history, scheduling, content management, and related internal workflows.

KidsBookAutoPilot requests only the Pinterest API permissions reasonably necessary to operate its approved internal functionality.

Pinterest account authorization is completed through Pinterest's OAuth authorization process. KidsBookAutoPilot does not request or store the Pinterest account password.

After authorization, Pinterest may provide an access token that allows KidsBookAutoPilot to perform approved API operations on behalf of the authorized account.

Pinterest access tokens and related credentials are treated as confidential information. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect them from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or use.

Access tokens are not intentionally exposed publicly, included in public source code, or shared with unauthorized parties.

The authorized Pinterest account owner may disconnect KidsBookAutoPilot from Pinterest by revoking the application's authorization through Pinterest account settings or by contacting VISHNEXA.

When Pinterest access is disconnected or revoked, KidsBookAutoPilot will no longer use the revoked authorization to make new Pinterest API requests.

Associated Pinterest access tokens and authorization credentials under our control will be deleted, invalidated, or otherwise made unusable within a reasonable period after the disconnection or deletion request is received and verified, unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with applicable law.

Disconnecting the application does not automatically delete Pins or other content previously and validly published to Pinterest. Previously published content may remain on Pinterest unless separately deleted through Pinterest or through an authorized application function.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate KidsBookAutoPilot, maintain publishing records, protect the application, resolve technical issues, and comply with applicable obligations.

Pinterest-derived data that is no longer required for an authorized application purpose will be deleted, anonymized, or securely made inaccessible within a reasonable period, subject to legitimate security, backup, legal, and operational requirements.

A request to delete Pinterest-related information may be made by contacting VISHNEXA using the contact information provided in Section 17. We may need to verify that the request comes from the authorized account owner before processing it.

VISHNEXA does not sell, rent, license, trade, or commercially redistribute Pinterest-derived data processed through KidsBookAutoPilot.

Pinterest content, Pinterest-derived account information, access tokens, board information, Pin information, and other data received through the Pinterest API are not resold or redistributed to third parties.

Pinterest-derived data may be processed by supporting service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, host, or support KidsBookAutoPilot and subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

KidsBookAutoPilot may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality. These services may include:

• Pinterest, for authorized account integration and Pin publishing.
• OpenAI or other authorized artificial-intelligence providers, for text or image generation.
• Cloudinary, for image hosting and delivery.
• Hosting, database, email, monitoring, security, and infrastructure providers used by VISHNEXA.

These third-party services process information according to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures are used to protect information processed through KidsBookAutoPilot.

These measures may include:

• Restricting application access to the authorized operator.
• Protecting API credentials and access tokens from public exposure.
• Using encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Using environment variables or protected configuration for sensitive credentials.
• Monitoring errors, unauthorized activity, and application misuse.
• Limiting access to information according to operational need.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Therefore, absolute security cannot be guaranteed, but reasonable steps are taken to reduce foreseeable risks.

KidsBookAutoPilot may be used to promote activity books intended for children, but the application itself is not directed to or made available for use by children.

KidsBookAutoPilot does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If personal information from a child is found to have been collected through the application without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

Subject to applicable law and the nature of the information held, the authorized Pinterest account owner may request:

• Information about data processed through KidsBookAutoPilot.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion of eligible information.
• Revocation or disconnection of Pinterest API authorization.
• Clarification regarding how Pinterest-derived data is used.

Reasonable information may be requested to verify the identity and authority of the person making the request.

KidsBookAutoPilot, Vishnu Pandit Books, Vishnu Pandit, and VISHNEXA are not endorsed by, sponsored by, operated by, or affiliated with Pinterest.

The Pinterest name, trademarks, logos, platform, API, and related services belong to Pinterest or their respective owners. Use of Pinterest services by KidsBookAutoPilot remains subject to Pinterest's applicable terms, policies, and developer requirements.
