3. Use of Services

You agree to use VISHNEXA services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, abuse, overload, scrape, exploit, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, applications, systems, APIs, databases, AI services, or related infrastructure.

Certain VISHNEXA products may offer paid plans, subscriptions, credit packs, premium features, AI generation credits, or digital exports. Pricing, credits, limits, and available features may vary by product and may change over time.

Fashion Try-On AI may use a credit-based system where credits are purchased and consumed for new AI generations. Cached results, failed generations, refunds, or premium access may be handled according to the product's current credit logic and checkout flow.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. VISHNEXA does not store full card details on its own systems. You agree to provide accurate payment information and comply with the terms of the payment provider.

9. Refunds and Failed AI Generations

Unless otherwise stated in a specific product or checkout flow, digital purchases, credit packs, subscriptions, and premium access may be non-refundable after successful payment. However, where a product uses reserved credits for AI generation, the application may automatically refund reserved credits if the AI generation fails before completion.

Refunds of money, if any, are subject to the product's checkout terms, payment provider rules, technical status, fraud checks, and applicable law. Credit refunds and payment refunds are not always the same and may be handled separately.

10. AI Output Disclaimer

VISHNEXA products may generate AI-based outputs, including images, recommendations, messages, scoring, analysis, styling suggestions, tailoring guidance, business suggestions, lead-related suggestions, and other automated content.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, unrealistic, unsuitable, offensive, biased, or different from user expectations. AI outputs are provided for assistance, creativity, exploration, and productivity support only and should not be treated as guaranteed professional, legal, financial, medical, tailoring, fashion, or business advice.

11. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You may not use VISHNEXA services in a way that violates law, infringes rights, uploads illegal or harmful content, abuses system resources, attempts unauthorized access, introduces malicious code, violates platform rules, or harms the security, availability, integrity, reputation, or lawful use of the website, products, users, customers, or infrastructure.

12. Fashion Try-On AI Terms

Fashion Try-On AI allows users to generate AI-powered fashion try-ons, styling recommendations, outfit analysis, tailoring assistance, CAD-related guidance, PDF exports, saved looks, collections, favorites, and related fashion features.

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded person photos, clothing images, measurements, and related content are lawful and appropriate. Users should not upload images of other people without permission or upload content that violates privacy, intellectual property, platform rules, or applicable law.

Fashion Try-On AI outputs may not perfectly preserve body shape, garment design, color, measurements, fabric behavior, fit, texture, tailoring details, or real-world appearance. The outputs are visual AI approximations and should not be treated as guaranteed tailoring, manufacturing, medical, body, or professional fashion advice.

Premium exports, including outfit PDFs or Tailor CAD-related exports, are generated for guidance and planning purposes. Users, designers, boutiques, or tailors should independently verify measurements, cutting instructions, production details, and real-world feasibility before using them for actual manufacturing or tailoring.

13. LeadFlow AI Terms

LeadFlow AI helps businesses manage lead conversion workflows, customer inquiries, follow-up notes, lead status, priority details, and related business information. Users are responsible for ensuring that any lead, customer, or business contact information entered into LeadFlow AI has been lawfully collected and may be lawfully processed.

LeadFlow AI may provide AI-assisted suggestions, summaries, prioritization, message assistance, or workflow guidance. These outputs are for assistance only. Users remain fully responsible for business decisions, customer communication, compliance with applicable laws, and compliance with any messaging platform rules.

VISHNEXA does not guarantee increased sales, conversion rates, revenue, customer response, customer retention, business performance, platform approval, or commercial outcomes from using LeadFlow AI.

14. Third-Party Services

VISHNEXA products and website may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, payments, communications, authentication, storage, AI processing, image processing, email delivery, infrastructure, or related functionality. Use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

15. Service Limitations

VISHNEXA services may be affected by internet connectivity, device limitations, third-party service downtime, AI model limitations, rate limits, payment provider issues, cloud storage issues, software bugs, maintenance, security events, or external platform changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of any product or feature.

16. Disclaimer

VISHNEXA services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, except where required by law. We do not guarantee that every product, feature, AI output, recommendation, integration, or service will meet every specific user, fashion, tailoring, business, revenue, or operational requirement.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VISHNEXA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, business, financial, reputational, data, production, tailoring, fashion, customer, or revenue-related damages arising from or related to the use of its website, products, systems, AI outputs, or services.

18. Changes to Terms
